Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel a service booking within a specified time frame (e.g., 24–48 hours) before the scheduled project or consultation. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for valid reasons such as service not delivered, duplicate payment, or confirmed service issues. All requests are subject to review.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect details provided by the client, or services clearly marked as non-refundable.
